Service Agreement for Service Seekers
Platform: P4 Solutions App ("Platform"); Sweep-It
Party A: P4 Solutions, a company having its registered office at Pune.
Party B: The Service Seeker, an individual or household user who registers on the Platform to avail domestic help services (“User” or “You”).
Purpose
This Agreement governs your use of the Platform to hire Service Providers (house help, cook, nanny, etc.) through P4 Solutions to work at your preferred location.
User Eligibility and Representation
You confirm that:

You are above 18 years of age.

You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.
All information provided by you on the Platform is true, accurate, and lawful.
Scope of Services

P4 Solutions offers a technology-enabled platform to connect you with verified domestic Service Providers.

P4 Solutions does not employ Service Providers directly and is not responsible for the quality or conduct of the services provided by them.

You are not entitled to negotiate, enter direct arrangements, and manage the day-to-day service relationship with the Service Provider provided by company.
User Obligations
As a Service Seeker, you agree to:
a) Provide Accurate and Honest Information

Furnish truthful and complete information when creating your profile, posting requirements, or engaging a Service Provider.

Clearly specify the nature of work, work hours, expected skills, household environment, number of family members, and any special instructions or requirements.

Promptly update any changes to your service needs on the Platform. b) Maintain Transparent Communication

Communicate your expectations, work schedules, job responsibilities, salary terms, and leave policies to the Service Provider before finalizing the engagement.

Avoid making false promises or misleading statements regarding employment terms. c) Ensure Lawful and Respectful Conduct

Treat all Service Providers with dignity, respect, and without discrimination based on gender, religion, caste, or background.
-
Refrain from any form of physical, verbal, or emotional abuse, harassment, or exploitative behaviour.

Ensure that the working environment is safe, humane, and free from any threats or unsafe conditions. d) Comply with Applicable Laws
-
Adhere to all relevant local, state, and national laws concerning the engagement of domestic help, including minimum wage laws, working hours, and holidays.

Where required, ensure legal documentation or employment agreements are maintained and accessible. e) Manage Service Provider Relationship Independently
-
You are solely responsible for supervising, directing, and evaluating the Service Provider’s performance.

Handle disciplinary matters or disputes with the Service Provider in a reasonable and lawful manner.

The Platform is not liable for any acts, omissions, or breaches by the Service Provider once engaged. f) Make Payments Exclusively via the Platform

All payments to the Service Provider must be made only through the Platform using the integrated payment gateway.

All payments for daily services shall be made in full and in advance by the 2nd day of every month. No part-payment or deferred payment shall be permitted unless expressly approved by the Company through the platform.

You shall not make direct payments to the Service Provider under any circumstances (including cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any other direct mode).
-
Do not provide any bonuses, gifts, or monetary incentives to the Service Provider without prior consultation and written approval from the Platform management.
-
Any unauthorized payments or bonuses may result in account suspension and forfeiture of Platform support or benefits.
-
However, users may directly provide a Diwali bonus to the Service Provider, with recommended guidelines suggesting an amount up to 50% of the regular monthly payment.
If a User wishes to give a higher amount, they may do so at their discretion. Sweep-It will not be involved in facilitating, processing, or mediating such bonus transactions, and shall bear no responsibility for any issues arising therefrom. g) Respect Termination Protocols -
If you wish to terminate the service, provide 15 days’ notice to the Service Provider.

Avoid abrupt or retaliatory terminations unless there is just cause (e.g., serious misconduct or breach of trust). h) Confidentiality and Data Protection

Do not collect, misuse, or share any sensitive personal information about the Service Provider without lawful purpose or their consent.

Always Protect the privacy and dignity of Service Providers. i) Prohibited Behavior

You specifically agree not to:
-
Assign the Service Provider work beyond the agreed scope or ask them to perform dangerous or unlawful tasks.
-
Withhold payments unfairly or force them to work without breaks or leave.
-
Use threats, coercion, or any form of force to continue or modify the employment.
Payment Terms
-
You agree to pay applicable platform usage fees, service charges, or commissions as displayed before booking.
-
Payments for services may be routed through third-party payment gateways. The Platform is not responsible for failures, fraud, or delays caused by such gateways.

You are responsible for making timely payments directly to the Service Provider, where applicable.
Onboarding and Verification

P4 Solutions may conduct basic background checks or KYC verification of Service Providers through third-party agencies. However, the Platform does not guarantee their authenticity.

You are advised to perform your own due diligence prior to hiring any Service Provider.
Service Schedule and Modifications
-
You must define a clear work schedule, location, scope of duties, and any service-specific requirements before engaging the Service Provider.
-
Any changes in scope or timing must be mutually agreed upon and communicated to the Platform if using any mediation support.
Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel booked services via the Platform in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
-
Any refund (if applicable) shall be processed as per the Refund Policy available on the Platform.
-
Unjustified repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
Term and Termination
-
This Agreement is valid from the Effective Date and shall continue unless terminated by either party.
-
You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account or ceasing to use the services.
-
P4 Solutions may suspend or terminate your account if:
-
You violate any Platform policies.
-
You engage in abusive or illegal behaviour.
-
You fail to pay dues or misuse the Platform.
Relationship with the Service Provider
-
The Service Provider is not an employee of P4 Solutions. They are independent individuals.
-
You shall not represent that the Service Provider is working for P4 Solutions.
-
Salary negotiations with the Service Provider are strictly not permitted. All service rates are predefined and communicated through the Platform.
In case of disputes or issues related to service delivery or conduct, the Platform may, at its sole discretion, offer mediation support to facilitate resolution between the User and the Service Provider.
Liability and Indemnity

P4 Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising out of services availed through the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P4 Solutions, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, legal proceedings, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

Your use of the Platform.

Your engagement of the Service Provider.
-
Any breach of this Agreement or laws.
Privacy and Data
-
Your personal information will be handled as per the Platform's Privacy Policy.
-
You shall not misuse or improperly disclose the personal information of Service Providers.
Prohibited Activities
-
You shall not:
-
Misuse the Platform for unlawful, exploitative, or fraudulent purposes.
-
Harass or abuse Service Providers.
-
Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or commissions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Amendments
-
The Company may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
