Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

​You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent and eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

Definitions

  • Service Seeker: Any individual or household registering on the Platform to hire domestic help.

  • Service Provider: Any individual registering to provide house help services (maid, cook, nanny, etc.).

  • User: Includes both Service Seekers and Service Providers.

User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Scope of Services

  • The Platform is a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates connections between Service Seekers and Service Providers for domestic help services. We do not employ the Service Providers and do not guarantee service quality, punctuality, or legal compliance by users.

User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and lawful information.

  • Not to impersonate another person or provide false identity information.

  • Not to harass, abuse, threaten, or infringe on the rights of others.

  • To use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including labor, employment, and taxation laws.

Background Verification

We may perform basic KYC or background checks on Service Providers via third-party agencies. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of such checks. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering any service arrangement.

Payments and Charges

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
We are not liable for any issues arising out of the use of such gateways.
Service charges, fees, or commissions (if any) will be disclosed transparently before you confirm the transaction.

Cancellations and Refunds

Service Seekers and Providers may cancel scheduled services subject to Platform policies.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy stated on the Platform.
Repeated cancellations without justification may lead to account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

  • Reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

​All intellectual property on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to P4 Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without our express consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You misuse the services or act in a way that harms other users or our reputation.

  • Required by law or regulatory order.

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting our support.

ou may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without our express consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

  • Any dispute, damage, or loss arising out of the service arrangement between Service Seekers and Service Providers.

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in service delivery by third parties.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We dis-claim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P4 Solutions, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform;

  • Any breach of these Terms;

  • Any violation of laws or third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Third-Party Links

Our Platform may include links to external websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of such third-party sites.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
