✅ Inclusions
• Supervision of children within the home environment.
• Preparation of meals and snacks specifically for the baby.
• Basic hygiene care, including diaper changes, potty assistance, and cleaning.
• Engaging playtime and creative activities such as games and crafts.
• Light housekeeping tasks related to child care (e.g., tidying toys, washing children's dishes).
• Regular communication with parents through updates, texts, and photos.
• Outdoor play permitted only when accompanied by household members such as parents, grandparents, uncles, or aunts.


❌ Exclusions
• Heavy housework (laundry, deep cleaning)
• Pet care
• Transportation (school drop-off/pick-up unless agreed)
• Overnight stays (unless pre-arranged)
• Cooking for adults or guests
• Administering medication (unless trained and authorized)
• Managing multiple children beyond agreed number
• Babysitting sick children (depending on policy)

○ Address and directions to the home
2. Child’s Routine & Preferences
○ Meal and snack schedule
○ Nap/bedtime routine
○ Favourite toys, games, or comfort items
3. Medical Information
○ Allergies (food, medicine, environmental)
○ Medications (if any) and instructions
○ Doctor’s contact info (if needed)
4. House Rules
○ Screen time limits
○ Discipline guidelines
○ Areas of the house that are off-limits
5. Supplies Provided
○ Diapers, wipes, extra clothes (if applicable)
○ Formula or baby food
○ First aid kit and thermometer
6. Access & Safety
○ Keys or access codes (if needed)
○ Emergency exits and fire extinguisher location
○ Wi-Fi password (if needed for communication)
7. Clear Expectations
○ Duration of babysitting
○ Any special tasks (homework help, light chores)
○ Visitors or pets in the home
